*He briefly considers just tossing the damn thing into the water, but he'd probably end up fishing it out later on and that would ultimately consitute as an enormous waste of time.
He rubs his still tingling cheek as he thinks back to the argument with Feferi.

He tried to find her a worthy kismesis, even if she shot down all his suggestions.
He tried to talk about his feelings as far as it didn’t concern any specific subjects and oh fuck who was he kidding he was basically the worst moirail ever.

He threw his phone anyway and immediately regretted it.
Dropping his head to rest on the slippery planks, he let out a long sigh as he gazed at the purple clouds drifting above*

*Toni walks to the end of the pier and stands just a little bit behind Eridan*

*Eridan narrows his eyes. He isn't exactly upset to leave that particular topic behind, but he doesn't care much for accusations of treason either. He stands up so there isn't a ridiculous height difference as they talk*

As fine as someone can be after spearing Spades Slick through the throat and nearly killing him. I reckon if she hadn't had more important things to do we'd have one less annoying mobster around. For awhile, anyways.
And according to Mike, she showed up of her own decision, apparently to see someone called Nepeta? Found a dead cat girl and got mad, attacked the Midnight crew, then left after almost killing Spades. You got a reason for that besides her siding with the Felt? I'd love to hear it, the Boss is pissed as hell, he hasn't stopped yelling at us for the past two hours.

*Toni gestures with his hands in a defeated way*

*Toni turns and walks away without waiting for a response*

*Eridan wonders where they got the Alternian app from (had they been tapping his phone?) but doesn't heed the thought for long. He had to choose who to contact.
Feferi was obviously not an option.
Karkat was probably throwing a tantrum about the whole deal. Justified, for once, but he still didn't want any part of it. He'd talk to him later.
So, Vriska or Terezi? The others were probably not up to date yet.
...He decides that with  a heavy subject like this he'd rather avoid any awkwardess that isn't strictly necessary, and pokes the handle in teal*
