*Eridan stops mid sentence as Jim approaches Feferi. He tenses for a moment, but then sees she seems welcoming and he lowers his weapon, letting the tip rest on the ground. His anger seems to have faded after Feferi's outburst and he now looks nothing but disheartened*

*He recaptchalogues the rifle and, head low, walks of towards the more forest-y area where he sits down against a tree, now hidden from sight for the others*

wwhy does this alwways happen

*He rests his head on his arm*

*jim notices the tasty fish boy has left and jim moves up to the fish girl*

*jim places jims beak under the fish girls palm*

*it hovers around in the air a bit looking for more food whilst gurgling slightly*

*smiles a bit, thinking of the sounds Gl'bgolyb used to make to her*

*holds her now slightly bleeding hand subconsciously, not seeming to notice*
