You basically got most stuff right
It was from the first Forumstuck. I was playing as a Mage of Void, the Mage meantioned in the quote. The Character speaking was an NPC. I was working together with various Horrorterrors, though Yggsogth itself never appeared. The NPC was created by my character by alchemizing a Dersite with an item themed after the Horrorterrors. He was called "Servant of Yggsogth" because I originally didn't want to copy Rose too much, so when I named my Horrorterror themed items I used, I named them after Yggsogth instead of Oglogoth.
So basically, I had a bunch of items named after Yggsogth but since Yggsogth itself never appeared I wasn't in cahoots with it.
