PR is currently totally talking to some carapacians in order to help Mr Ampora catch the murderer. Yep, that's what he's doing. Nothing else. Definitely not falsifying any evidence. Only guilty people falsify evidence.

It seems the hour is over now, so PR returns to Mr Ampora to inform him that none of the people living nearby have seen anything, at least not anything they'd be willing to tell, even when offered money. PR will frown a lot while saying that, in order to make clear that he is VERY upset that he wasn't able to help Mr Ampora.
