Equius sighs, still enjoying the serenity of the outdoors, while waiting for Nepeta to get back. He has considered joining Gamzee, Feferi, and Kanaya, but he still isn't sure yet...

[Kanaya watches as Feferi leaves. It seems as though living with the physical embodiment of Death itself for the last few years has really taken its toll on her old friend.]

[She then bends over and picks up the spare skirt she tossed aside earlier,* dusting it off. At least she'd be able to dry-clean it tomorrow. She tries to get Gamzee's attention.]

Equius decides to leave the park and head back to the offices. He is quite bored waiting for his moirail to come back.

*Fef and Nep walk up, Fef looking much more sober. She figured that fueling her emotions with her anger at Eridan and Yggdrasil, as well as her sadness for what Nepeta went through, had made her appearance much more convincing. She sat down under a tree and continued to think negative thoughts. Oh glub this was actually making her upset. Nepeta frowned but remained hidden a ways away in a bush

*Only a few minutes later Eridan comes trotting into view, looking left and right to spot Feferi. When he notices her he gives her a tentative wave and approaches her at a more subdued pace*

*Fef smiles weakly and then continues to stare at the sky, saddened by all the dark thoughts

*Having arrived at the tree, Eridan sits down besides Feferi, his cape neatly resting on the grass behind him. He's unsure how to begin the conversation, so he starts simple*

*Eridan smiles lightly, glad their chat is off to a good start, but it isn't long before he becomes a little uncomfortable. Why is she staring at him like that? She doesn't seem as sad as before at least, so that's good. Her stare is really disconcerting though. Something dark in those eyes of hers.

She quickly glanced towards where Nepeta was hiding and returned to looking at Eridan, although not quite as intensely
