((Okay, so the base idea is the same, all works of fiction are real in one reality. Not only that though but ALL fantasy creation are real somewhere, no matter if it's a popular book or just a quick fantasy a child had one day and never told anyone. However this is NOT because fantasy replicates reality, the opposite is true, fantasy creates reality. Everything that exists has been imagined by someone, somewhere, at some point of time.
There are a couple interessting things about interdimensional relations though. For example, a reality is created when it is imagined but from that point, it has existed for a long time already. Like, if you imagine a sci-fy dimension, of course that dimension has existed for many years, if not eons, already. That is known among those who know about the multiverse and interdimensional relations as the "Backstory Effect".
I have put a lot of thoughts into this reality and it would take too long to tell them all but here are two somewhat important ones: For one, noone is sure how things started but there are two main theories/believes, either reality is circular, so that a dimension can cause a dimension that causes the first dimension or there is a "First Reality". The first theory is backed by the fact that, well, such dimensions that cause eachother DO exist, but usually both of those dimensions are also caused by another dimension. The other theory has no real proof, but believers continue to search for the "First Reality" and argue that all of reality would be a paradoxon if there wasn't a starting point.
For the other one, yes, this basically means that everyone has created numerous dimension and is actually kind of a god. Also, noone knows for sure what happens when the creator of a dimension forgets about it. Some think this might cause the dimension to stop existing, others think that true free will only starts after that.
