| Oh man, once I get proper internet connection at home, maybe I should try to rejoin the Minebent server, if those guys are still playing. Man, I need to visit the MSPA forum sometimes... | |

| So Steam is doing a thing where if you get 25 people to click a link you get a $50 gift card (not sure how it's translated to other currencies), which is probably the most ridiculous PR stunt I've ever seen. So yeah, friendly heads up so you guys can get in on this too, I'm not sure how long this action will last. ...Also if you could click my link that would be swell thank you. | |

| Ok so I did some more research aaaaand...turns out it's a sham. Apparently if you reach 25 clicks it sends you to websites with paid access and then tries to make you log in in an attempt to steal your password. If you look at the bottom of the page it actually says it's not affiliated with Valve at all. Thankfully the link itself is entirely safe. I'm terribly sorry for getting you guys involved in this, I'll make sure to do some proper fact checking in the future. :( | |

| I've played it. Not recently but I could pick it up again, it's a lot less frustrating than Battlefield :I My preferred class is sniper, yours? (I'd post my hours played but I can't connect at school.)

| If I play I am unsure who I'd want to play as.
On one hand, since I am German, I feel a certain need to play as a medic. But I honestly have no clue how good I'd be at it.
On the other hand, in any multiplayer shooting game I ever played, I played a decently good sniper. By which I mean I looked for a good spot, stayed there and killed anyone who dared to get close to me. I managed to upset some people with that strategy. As such I am kind of curious about the Sniper.
The Engeneer and the Spy also have certain qualities that seem interessting to me.

| Medic is REALLY difficult to be. It's rage-inducing. You are basically a huge bullseye that everyone wants to murder.
Sniper is not really something that can camp as well as in other games, mostly due to spies, though also when you kill someone they see where you are, so they can just swap to sniper for a bit and snipe you.
Engineer is really good for a newbie, as well is pyro and heavy. As engie, all you really do is put yourself where the enemy wants to go and build your sentry and dispenser and hope for the best, while smacking people who walk by with your wrench a few times.
Spy is difficult to start with, not going to lie. But if you get a spycicle and a dead ringer or cloak and dagger, then you'll start to get better.

| On a scale from "Sure, that's totally possible" to "[laughter then breaking down crying]", how possible is playing TF2 without actually spending any money on it? | |

| The only thing I spent money on is extra storage space because otherwise I couldn't keep all the free items I kept getting (most of which I never use). So "Sure, that's totally possible". It just might take some time to get the right items for your playstyle.
Also Sand I never had too much trouble with medic, maybe you have to switch up your strategy?

| Sure that's totally possible. Unless you want to trade. Other than that, sure that's totally possible. If you were to buy anything though, i'd suggest a key. | |
