Gamzee constructs a large fort made of Faygo bottles.

[Kanaya walks in, in the midst of sweeping up the office. She notices Gamzee's fort over in the corner.]

Oh Hello Gamzee
I Did Not Realize You Were In Here

[Gamzee pokes his head up just enough that his eyes are visible, accidentally piercing the ceiling of the fortress with his horns.]

[Gamzee opens a bottle of faygo in preparation.]

[Kanaya thinks for a moment.]

[Gamzee looks around, there seems to be about 8 or so empty bottles lying around the inside of his bottle fort.]

[Kanaya sighs.]

Would You Be So Kind As To Assist Me In Tidying The Office
Any Aid Would Be Appreciated

[In an attempt to exit the fort, Gamzee stumbles and knocks over all of the bottles.]

OoF!

[Gamzee trips over a bottle and falls face first and just lies on the ground]

hOnK!

[Kanaya is barely able to resist the urge to facepalm.]

On Second Thought
You Just Return Those Bottles To Their Proper Location
Ill Handle The Rest For Now

[She stifles another sigh and continues sweeping.]

CaN dO!

[He begins arranging the bottles into pyramid in the back corner of the office]

[An apparent lack of sopor slime and faygo left in the room perturbs Gamzee]

hEy KaNaYa, I'lL uHhH, bE bAcK, mAyBe?

[HoNk!-ing can be heard as Gamzee makes his way out of the offices]
HoNk!! ... HoNk  ... ... HoNk! ... ... ...

[Kanaya continues to clean for a bit. Suddenly, her skirt catches on a nearby object, and it rips slightly.]

Are You Kidding Me

[Immediately prioritizing this rip over her other responsibilities, she drops the broom and rushes back to her living quarters.]

Now Where Did I Put My Sewing Kit

[Alas, she is unable to find her supplies. Disgruntled, she changes into a similar skirt, then takes the torn skirt with her as she leaves the office.]

Equius is in his room, building yet another robot. And subsequently beating the shit out of it. He should open a gym or something, honestly.

After he built the robot, he knocked its head clean off. He writes a note on his room door as he leaves the offices.

"D --> I have left to visit the park
D --> If you need to contact me, I will have my portable communication device on hand
D --> Signed, Equius"

(Gamzee wanders into the offices only to disappear into one of the closets)
(He reappears after some time walking really slowly, tip toeing around as if he were sneaking)
(Gamzee leaves the building once he finds the door)

Hysterical dame had just brought in a mugger who was just dumb enough to try and rob her.
She threw the injured sob into the closet and made her way to Problem Sleuth’s bureau.
She was angry.
Angry about the state of the city, the fact that crime still ran rampant and the fact that (in her mind) the three “master” detectives weren’t able to get their worthless bottoms up to show crime who is boss.  

She hammered at Problem Sleuth’s personal room door.

“We Have to talk you HarDboileD Dumbass!”

In his office, the suave, hardboiled detective known as Problem Sleuth was slumped back on his chair with his feet on the table. Damn. The only way he'd be able to get any smoother would be if he lit up a cigarette. He is almost 100 percent certain someone would buy a poster of such a cool scene. Definitely.

That being said, his perceived smoothness disappeared instantly as Dame barged into the room, forcing him to jump off his chair out of fright.

He looked up from his desk (which was still made up of cinder blocks and a slab of wood) and met eyes with the fiery broad.

"Er..what'S up, Dame?"

The fiery female brought her fist down on the table which caused it to shake like from an earthquake.

“A lot of tHings are up SleutH. THe situation on tHe streets is getting worse every Day! SomeboDy just try to mug me! Just imagine if tHey woulD Have trieD to mug Gamzee insteaD of me!”

She didn’t worry so much about anybody else she knew because the others in the Problem Sleuth offices knew how to defend themselves from danger.
Kanaya looked harmless but she not only was fast but way stronger than her feminine look would suggest similar to her good friend Nervous Broad, Equius was so incredible strong that even a slight touch from him could bruise somebody,  Problem Sleuth, Pickle Inspector and Ace Dick were all good fighters too.
Only poor Gamzee was most of the time absent minded and very harmless, easy prey for the evils of this city.
Not to mention everybody else in the city who was wasn’t a good fighter.

“It  is all because of tHose gangsters wHo control tHe MiDnigHt! Especially tHat bile BastarD SpaDes Slick anD gang of lackeys are a tHreat. But tHen was tHe last time we trieD to ruin a scHeme of tHe MiDnigHt Crew? WHen was tHe last time we ruineD a Deal of tHe Felt? WHen was tHe last time we at least fougHt against any criminals in tHe city? I’m sick of sitting arounD anD Doing notHing. I’m sick tHat you Do notHing SleutH!”

Her expression wrathful and her body trembled from anger. She thought it was time to act and to crush some criminals to show those crooks who was boss.

[A door down the hall swings open, and Ace Dick, Problem Sleuth's similarly hardboiled but somewhat less smooth colleague, bursts out. He immediately turns and walks toward the sound of shouting to find HD yelling at PS. Again.]

whAt's All this, then? whAt's going on? why All the yelling? i coulD hear you from All the wAy Down the hAll...

"Nothing much, Dick. Say, do you think we've been Screwing around for too long? I've always thought we've been doing a good job keeping the city Safe." Sleuth quickly noticed a bottle of whiskey on the floor right next to him and rolled it back with the heel of his foot. Okay, maybe they HAVE been spending a bit of time boondoggling, but who doesn't?

"Look, dame, Gamzee'S a tough kid. TrollS in general are crazy tough. Hell, even Kanaya's got her liPStick to uSe." Speaking of which, it would probably be wise not to let potentially unstable alien kids hold weapons, especially when he assumed they were going through puberty. Did trolls actually do that? Yeah, no, he really didn't want to know. "Everything'll be juSt fine, we've got it all under control. TruSt me."

thAt DepenDs on whAt you meAn by "unDer control," flAtfoot.

[AD smirks at his own obligatory potshot. He then continues, more serious this time.]

thAt sAiD, i'D sAy we've been Doing About As much As we cAn with whAt little we've got. i meAn, yeAh, mAybe we shoulD be A bit more Diligent in keeping A liD on the crew's Activity, but unless we get some help, All we cAn reAlly Do is show up After the fAct AnD put the pieces together.

“Gamzee still looks like tHe most Harmless of our tHree aDopteD trolls anD He Has His HeaD so HigH up in tHe clouDs He coulDn’t see a plane coming towarDs even if it came steering into His Direction!”

By whatever ruled over this universe she didn’t know that she would do if any of her trolls get hurt. It would probably involve a lot of murder and many chainsawed off limbs.
She turned her attention to Ace Dick’s suggestion.

“We woulD react but I tHink we sHoulD act! We can be proactive Ace Dick. THere are more tHan a few ways to act insteaD of react. We can spy on tHe gangsters anD ruin tHeir next Heist tHat way for example, maybe even capture one of tHem. Or we lure tHem out tHrougH a raiD of one of tHeir illegal businesses.”

Equius walks into the offices, seeking his father. He sees his father discussing other matters and nods to him and stands by as he lets them continue.

D --> Father, I need to speak with you when you are done conversing

He finds a nearby chair and waits out the conversation.
