((Scales, you've been using a lot of powers that were never brought up in canon. I'm not saying you need to get rid of them completely, but everyone else that has powers has specified their abilities and limits in the Chatter Box beforehand, and let everyone know before adding new ones, so if anyone thought it was overpowered they could say it before it was implemented. You should do that too instead of having stuff come out of nowhere any time it's convenient.))

((Matchsticks is a librarian, and as not many people visit the library, he has a lot of time to read. He found a couple of books on spell casting, the Pyronomicon for one, that gives him more spells to cast. Matchsticks himself still only has the ability to control fire and fireport, but using the spells in the books he can do more interesting things. And also, what Uber Magic powers? He's only used fireport and fire as a weapon so far. Demon summoning is a thing that pretty much anyone can do, its just that no many people would summon a demon. And he isn't using powers of his own, he's reading an incantation. Also, that random statement of Truth, the Truth, and nothing but the truth isn't very word for word, so it doesn't work. If he was speaking in it some 'Magical ancient language' then sure, it might work, but not now. On the subject of Exorcisms, they're just incantations too. Call the character uber all you want, but even if he was using these spells, he's kind of rellying on books. And not many books are ... un flammable. If you want to remove the character powers altogether, just burn down the library.))

((Basically, we just want a list of the things Matchsticks can do, and to run any new powers by us in Chatterbox before using them in the RP. Right now it feels too much like New Powers As Convenience Demands, which is kind of unsatisfying to play with. Problem comes up? Matchsticks solves it with a new power. Kinda lame, right?

Luckily, you haven't done anything particularly OP with it lately, so props on that. It's just a style thing.))

Limited with: Fireports and Pyrotechnesis is the only powers he can use by will, everything else is a spell or incantation from a book. Any extremely powerful spells are effected by the Equiv Exchange factor.
Capable of: Setting up various rituals (Also effected by Equiv Exchange) Fireporting and Pyrotechnesis, Regeneration (See Timelords).
Incapable of: Casting anything associated with Ice, consecutive casting, First Guardian and above powers*.
Immune too: Fire.
Weak too: Cold things.

Agile, not very strong.

Probably going to go wrong. Yeah.) Flaming Rain spell, Fire Wall spell, Buffing, Scientist.

also i would like to know limits on concentration and stuff, like do you need to read from the book everytime you do it or can you just shout out 'make me some fire minions' and do you need to collect any materials for the spells or stuff like that?

and does it take energy like our shadow magic does? do you have a limited source of mana that you need to replenish or can you just use spells indefinitably?))
