You nod to the rook and then say to the Pariah that your trying but you can't! It's just too funny! You say not to worry though, it should wear off soon and his ribs will snap when he is squeezed afterwards.

You tell the big guy that this is the single most hilarious thing that you've ever seen as far as you can remember. You add that to be fair, most of your memories before you got "promoted" to a Rook are hazy at best but either way, you thought this was great. You also tell him that as a thanks you'll not crush him. It'd be a shame to waste such comedic potential.

You say thanks back and continue to grin like an idiot under your robes that conceal your face.

You look back at the squeaky pawn in your hands and set him down. You figure you can play around with him some more later. You then say you better get back to crushing those Prospitan pawns though. You walk over to them to do just that.

you tell the rook that if he crushes one more pawn then the bishop will not make you squeak ever again

You and your friends a very confused by this chain of events.
And also by the half-dersite.

You yell that THAT'S what they were called! You knew that "Big-but-not-Rooks with pointy hats" wasn't right. Then you stop for a moment and turn to the Bishop asking if that's true. You make puppy dog eyes, or at least something like that. Lets say you TRY to make puppy dog eyes as good as a Rook can do that.

You say that if you did hurt the pawns, he wouldn't be able to make the Pariah squeak. Because his magic comes from pawns. ALIVE pawns from prospit. Yeah. That sounds about right.

Huh, that's kind of troublesome, since you are supposed to crush them. You ask him how many exactly he needs and if the half one counts.

You ask the Bishop permission to cut this savage to pieces.

You puff out your chest again, turn to the pawn and ask him if he really wants to try that.

You say you need an aful lot of them. At least as many as there are around for a squeak spell.

You say alright but if they are trying to start something you WILL crush them

You try to keep your voice down as you ask what the Bishop thinks he's doing.
You say it's impossible to convert the rook to your side. You have to kill him.

You whisper that you don't exactly have much more in attack than a few fireballs prepared today and you need them to help the king, so your mostly avoiding conflict.

You say fine. But you are coming with them and if a chance comes up you won't hesitate.
You say you hope those other two are more trustworthy. The dersite seems to be unconscious, by the way.

You ask what you're all going to do next now. You say that you don't really have anything to do besides crushing Prospitans and since those Pawns are apparently needed and you decided that the Bishop is to much fun to kill that only leaves the weirdo. And he squeak, so crushing him is out of question, too. The only one else here is the Dersite Pawn and, well, he isn't a Prospitans, so you're obviously not going to crush him. You shrug and say that you figured there is nothing else to do here because of that so you thought it wouldn't hurt to ask what was planned now.

You say you didn't really think of that. Your just trying to figure out where your king went. You turn to the prospiterian asking if he saw the king anywhere.

You turn to the only other proper Dersite here and pick him up. You shake him a little to try and wake him up.

You wake up to the rook shaking you. You now feel a bit dizzy and ask ponder why the rook holding you and tell him if he could please let you go using your most polite voice in an attempt to not enrage him.

You say the last time you saw the king was...three or four days ago.
You have no idea where he could be now. If he wishes to search him, you and your little unit are at his disposal.
The two spearmen saulute.

You answer that you'll put him down. And then you do so. You say you just wanted to wake him because you wanted to have some more Dersite input in the "What will we do next" thing. As much as you think that the Bishop is a funny guy, you're not sure you want to follow what he says so you'd rather hear what the only other proper Dersite here thinks we should do next.

You say that they would be a great help, and that you will do everything in your power to promote them once you get back.

You twitch when you hear the word "promote" and instantly turn around.

You tell him that it might be in both of your best interests' to find another group of dersites so you'll both have some more back up and a higher chance of survival overall. You also ask if he has a name since, there are so many other rooks around you'd like to know what to call him and also why he turned around you ask if he is okay.
