| Plan for dinner tonight: Fried Chicken and Champagne (a disgustingly good combination, according to Papa)
Port-dinner update: Champagne does, in fact, go quite well with Fried Chicken (even though this particular bottle wasn't that impressive on its own . . . so it's just as well it was consumed with Fried Chicken . . . )

| I don't remember it's name, but I'm pretty sure that dish where they take a whole chicken, de-bone it, stuff the skeletal vacancies with Italian sausage, stuff the normal chicken cavity with more sausage, roast it, and then serve it up in slices is fancier . . . also a hell of alot more work . . . and would go better with a red wine 'cause of all that sausage anyway . . . | |
